Well, my creative space has looked a little like this since last week...
Enter some chopped crayons and silicon molds.
And the product is finished, but I'm not sure that I should show you just yet. Maybe on the weekend :)
I will say if I were doing it all again, I think I would try cooking spray on the molds first, as I think I might have totally trashed the mold. :(
Linking up here.
Bet they look sweet. I've had a go at these but I use a muffin pan, didn't trash the pan but these will be so much cuter. : )
ReplyDeleteare they candles?
ReplyDeletepretty shapes and colours.
Now you're trying to find out before everyone else! Lol. You'll see soon enough.
DeleteOh you tease - I want to see the finished result, please share soon.
ReplyDeleteHappy day!

I posted about recycled crayons this week too! I hopped over from creative spaces to see what you were doing with yours!! I haven't tried the silicone molds but did you try putting them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before trying to pop them out?
ReplyDeleteWe trashed a mould too. And the kids have hardly used them. I should have gotten right into a project with them, making rubbings of the pavers or something... May your kids make it all worth your while (I really enjoyed watching them melt!)
ReplyDeleteum...looks like fun? kinda? anyway, thanks for the gorgeous package this week. it made a nice change to a houseful of tummy bug ;)
