I've done it again. Put my fingers in too many pies. I can't seem to settle to just one activity at the moment, and I'm running from project to project - doing a bit here, and a bit there. I've also realised that it has been a little while since I have shared anything with you that was in the making stages, rather than the finished result.
Here is the first one I started.
This is the second. It stalled because I want to make a liner from fabric, and I can't be bothered getting the sewing machine out - because there is a very good chance that the moment I do, Baby Starfish will wake. And he is my priority right now.
And finally there's this little bit of string-happiness.
It's the one that I have actually made the most progress with.
I'm hoping to have it all done by Friday. You should come back and have a little look-see, and tell me what you think.
...And yes, I have been having a little play on picmonkey again - I heart naptimes!
Check out what other creative peeps have been up to this week...
Lovely work..looks like you'll have lots of finishes soon..a little at a time..it all helps!
ReplyDeleteI'm like that. Juggling between a number of projects! Looking forward to seeing your finishes on Friday!
ReplyDeleteThings are easy to start but not finish - that's what I find anyway.
ReplyDeleteLove the greeny/aqua yarn - hope you finish it, so I can see it.
Sounds like me...with several projects at once. I couldn´t have it any other way.I will check in to see your finished project...
ReplyDeleteOh, so pretty. I'll definitely check back to see your finished work. More projects=Happy!
ReplyDeleteYou. Are. Amazing. Here's to extra long nap times so you can finish those gorgeous projects! xoxo
ReplyDeleteOh yum! What is it about closeups of yarn that can make a girl so happy? I don't know, but they do. Can't wait to see these all done! :)
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about jumping from one project to the next before finishing things. I do it all the time. Your work is lovely. Knitting/crocheting is something I never learned and wish I had. My mother used to crochet all the time and I have a beautiful tablecloth she made me. Can't wait to see your finished work.
ReplyDeleteMy mother used to knit quite a bit, but I never learned. Your projects look great, looking forward to the end result. Thanks for visiting me and for your sweet words :)
